Health Insurance Illuminated is a nonprofit website devoted to dispensing useful information about health insurance. It is designed especially for people who know little to nothing about health insurance and will soon have to make important decisions about their insurance situation as they enter the workforce for the first time.
This website seeks to offer its readers basic health insurance information that will help them become better educated, more effective consumers of health insurance and related services. It also seeks to empower them with the knowledge needed to understand more advanced articles and commentary on health insurance and the industry.
This website was created in the Spring of 2007 for Business on the Information Highways (CS73N), an introductory seminar at Stanford University.
